The Ridge at Manitou golf club is a private,
equity-based, 300-acre golfing sanctuary sculpted out of a spectacular North Muskoka
landscape. While staying at our cottage, you have preferred status at The Ridge - you get preferred tee rates during the season. Just let us know that you want to play and we can get you set up during your stay.
This is the golf course that you can see from the end of our dock as you turn towards
the west. You also drive by it on the left-hand side on your way to our cottage,
just before you get to the Inn at Manitou. Winner of the ‘Best New Canadian Golf Course’ in 2005, this 18 hole,
7,027-yard Tom McBroom masterpiece is a challenging playground and an exceptional
course for players of every level. Following your time on the course, you can retreat
to the comfort of the 7,500-square-foot Adirondacks-inspired lodge where dining
and decking overlook magnificent Manitouwabing Lake. You can just see our dock as
you come down the 18th fairway (see picture above). It is truly spectacular and
