Living Room
The sunny main floor has an open concept living room/dining room/ kitchen area
with two walkouts to the large deck. The living room offers comfortable seating
with leather sofas and chairs, satellite television, chess table, and a stunning,
slate-covered 2-storey wood-burning fireplace under a 20-foot cathedral ceiling
facing windows overlooking the lake. Laundry facilities, a garbage recycling area,
and a 2-piece bathroom
are off the living room on the main floor. |

Dining Room
The dining room has a 9-foot long pine harvest table and pine buffet. There
is a beautiful view of the lake and a walkout to the spacious deck. The long table is
alongside the kitchen counter where there is additional seating.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a large peninsula that seats several people. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, 1 large and 1 small fridge, coffee maker,
toaster oven, dishwasher, water cooler, dishes, cutlery, and wine cabinet.

Bedrooms
- Master Bedroom - Main Floor
The spacious master bedroom located on the main floor, has a queen-sized
bed and a walkout to the deck. It includes an ensuite bathroom with a double sink,
closet, and sauna.
- Second Bedroom - Main Floor
The second downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walkout to the deck, ensuite
bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.
- Upstairs bedroom/Family room
The hallway upstairs overlooks the living room, and has a stunning view of the
lake and the 2-storey fireplace. This bedroom has a sitting/television viewing area,
a ‘fussbal’ table, one twin bed, a double/twin combination bunk bed, satellite T.V.,
and an ensuite bathroom.
- Second upstairs bedroom
This bedroom has 2 twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a walkout to a lakeside
balcony offering a panoramic view of the lake.

Deck
The deck extends along the entire lakeside front of the cottage, and has a propane
barbeque, patio table and chairs, and lounge chairs. There is always a combination
of sunshine and shade to meet everyone’s needs. |
